Pay securely via Stripe. Your payment is held safely until you confirm you're happy with the artwork. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Track Your Order
Once the artist ships your piece, you'll receive tracking information. Follow your artwork's journey right to your door.
Confirm & Enjoy
When your artwork arrives, confirm delivery in your account. If there's an issue, open a dispute within 14 days and we'll help resolve it.
For Artists
Apply & Get Verified
Submit your application with your portfolio. Once approved by our team, you'll get full access to your vendor dashboard. There is a one-time $50 AUD sign-up fee.
List Your Artwork
Upload photos, write descriptions, set prices and shipping rates. Import listings from Instagram or other marketplaces. Use our AI assistant Leonardo to help write compelling descriptions.
Sell & Ship
When a buyer purchases your artwork, you'll receive an email notification. Ship the piece, add tracking, and mark it as shipped in your dashboard.
Get Paid
Once the buyer confirms delivery, your payout is released via Stripe Connect directly to your bank account. Platform fees are transparent and deducted automatically.
